I had this idea a while back of running a series of jokes like this where Jack was basically name-dropping and annoying Matt. The real reason was so I could name-drop by proxy, which in hindsight may have been good reason not to go ahead with the strips. Either way, Webcomic Awareness Day was coming up, I wanted to do something for it, and I had this series of comics on the back burner. So I wrote five versions of the same joke, had Steph draw one comic, them set the comic to randomly select one each time the page was opened.

In hindsight it was a neat trick, but not much else. Hopefully next year we'll come up with something better.
